This article is a re-posting of the February article, “The Republican Senate, Putin’s Payola Part 2.”

So far, following the bread crumbs surrounding the Mueller investigation has led to some startling revelations to the extent and complexity of the Russian involvement into the 2016 election of Donald Trump as President of the United States. In war colleges around the world, courses are taught in The Art of War¹, which stem from the ancient Chinese treatise of the same name and written by Sun Tzu. Using many of the classical principles detailed in this book, Putin has devised a masterful attack upon our democracy that has confused us, divided branches of the government, disrupted communications, tied the hands of law enforcement, fostered traitors, created civil unrest and installed a Manchurian candidate as President.  Moscow Mitch Putin’s Bagman Part 2 exposes the intricate details of Putin’s funding for a Manchurian Candidate Trump’s coup of our democracy with Kentucky Senator, Moscow Mitch McConnell at the heart of Putin’s payola scheme to overthrow our democracy.

To successfully install a Manchurian candidate as head of the Executive Branch, an enemy has to attack the core of our government so that the needed supportive infrastructure can be established. The purpose of the infrastructure is to guarantee the longevity of the Manchurian candidate’s stay in office.  The longer, the stay in office, the more significant the damage to our country becomes.  Because of the constitutional checks and balances built into our system of government, Putin had to either disable or compromise only one of the remaining two branches of government.  So he attacked the most vulnerable, the Congress by-way-of the Senate.  The Senate, which our founding fathers felt was needed to ensure that the masses aka the majority of the population would not be able to take total control of the government.  Our founding fathers who were educated businessmen and landowners believed that the populace was not educated or wise enough to always make the right decisions.  This was the first constitutional move made by the elite to guarantee their status and control.  This was the weak link that Putin attacked.

During the course of the Mueller investigation, demonized by Donald Trump as a “witch hunt”, a Russian spy by the name of Mara Butina was caught. The STATEMENT OF OFFENSE, an attachment of the Maria Butina Plea Agreement² reveals that beginning in 2015, Butina and U.S. Person 1 agreed to conspire with and under the direction of a Russian Official of the Russian Central Bank (VTB Bank).  That official has served as a Deputy Governor of the Russian Central Bank since 2015.  He previously served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.  Although unnamed in the document, federal investigators believe that the only individual that fits that description is Alexander Torshin.  In the STATEMENT OF OFFENSE, Butina laid out a plan, The Description of the Diplomacy Project, to Torshin whereby she had laid the groundwork for communications with the perceived incoming administration by influencing a U.S. Civil society gun rights organization that had strong influence over the political party (party #1) of the targeted administration.  The Mueller investigation has found out that, the gun rights organization is the NRA and that the Russians may have funneled as much as $30 million to the Trump campaign and even more millions to the Republican Party members of the Senate through the Republican National Committee (see Putin’s Payola Part 2 Diagram³).  She stated in her report, that she had already been introduced to leaders of Party 1# as an unofficial representative of a Russian Official.  The Description of the Diplomacy Project was drafted by Butina with the assistance of U.S. Person 1 before being forwarded to Torshin for approval.

To facilitate her spying activities and conspiracy with U.S. Person 1, Butina requested and received $125,000 from a Russian billionaire.  The money was used by Butina to travel to the U.S. to meet with the NRA at gun shows and other events.  She also facilitated a trip to Russia for the leaders of the NRA in December of 2015.  While in Russia, leaders of the NRA met with high-level government officials as arraigned by Russian officials.

Proof of the NRA’s financial support and influence with the Republican Party can be found in an unrelated New York Times November 6, 2017, article titled Thoughts and Prayers for Texas^, N.R.A. Funding for Washington⁴.  Information on the extent of their financial support for the Republican Party during the time period of the Butina spying and election conspiracy operations is summarized in the table below.  The shocking total is $41,253, 127.  An additional $5.8 million was contributed to Republican Senators by Len Blavatnik, a Russian-American business partner of Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin and Russian Oligarch, Oleg Deripaska with strong Kremlin ties.

Other elements of Putin’s Payola Web involve contributions made to the Trump Inaugural Committee.  Assistant Trump campaign manager, Rick Gates who has pleaded guilty in the Muller investigation was one of two people responsible for the Trump Inaugural Committee which raised a record-breaking $106.7 million, more than double that of the previous record held by President Obama.  Gates is now cooperating with the Special Counsel and has provided information as to the irregularities and sources of funding for the Trump committee.  Among the list of contributors are several Russian Oligarchs and wealthy Americans with strong Kremlin ties.  Each of these individuals contributed $1 million or more to the committee.  Andrew Intrater, a cousin of Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg hired Cohen to the tune of $500,000.  The details of this relationship have not yet been released by the Special Counsel.  Both Intrater and Vekselberg attended the Trump inauguration and each of them contributed $1 million.  Details of who theses Russian oligarchs and Americans are can be found in a June 28, 2018, ABC News article⁵.  The Dallas News has also published an article⁶ detailing Russian financial transactions with Republican Senators.  A compilation of the data from sources listed in Part 1 of this article published on February 16^th and the sources listed in this Part 2 of the article was used to construct Putin’s Payola Web Chart presented below.  The chart can be downloaded by clicking on the link provided.

Trump’s attorney and convicted conspirator, Michael Cohen is now cooperating with Robert Mueller and has admitted negotiating on behalf of Trump with the sanctioned, Russian Government Controlled VTB Bank for funding of a Trump tower to have been constructed in Moscow.  Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner is currently under investigation for his dealings with VTB Bank.

Overwhelming evidence of the Republican Senate possibly being compromised by Russian money is present and available in the public domain.  Even, evidence that the former leader of the Republican controlled House of Representative, Paul Ryan knew of Putin’s Payola web, was provided in a May 2017, Washington Post published Transcript⁷ of a conversation between Ryan and then Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy.  The transcript proves their knowledge of Representative Dana Rohrabacher and President Trump having been on Putin’s payroll.  During the conversation, Speaker Ryan is heard laughing and saying “What’s said in the family stays in the family.”

The actions taken by the Republican Politicians that are involved in this conspiracy against America are treasonable at the very least.  While the facts presented in this article are not pretty, they are very real.  What has been done is sickening and thoroughly disgusting.  Unfortunately, if you want this to stop or if you want justice and think that they need to be punished you’re in for a long wait, if punishment is ever delivered.  In fact, due to the recent appointment of a new Attorney General that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has to report to, these perpetrators may go unpunished.  Newly confirmed Attorney General, William Barr was appointed by President Trump, the subject of the Mueller investigation and Putin’s lap dog. When Barr was appointed Attorney General under President George H. W. Bush, his first act was to pardon six of President Reagan’s officials involved in the Iran Contra crimes allowing them to avoid trials.  Surely, Trump will expect no less since his cronies in the Senate overwhelmingly confirmed Barr’s appointment.

The fix is in!  And, since the Russians have not stopped their election rigging and interference activities, as a nation, we may be “shit-out-of-luck” and doomed to learn Russian.  “What you do in this world is a matter of no consequence. The question is, what can you make people believe you have done?”  Obviously, the Republicans in the Senate want to make you believe that they and Manchurian President Donald J. Trump have done nothing wrong, at all.
